People are looking for a place to worship with a community of believers they can trust. The need to communicate to the community the message of a Savior is great with so many longing for salvation. This thesis will reveal that this message can be communicated with online interaction before they even step foot in the church building. Through social networking the impact of using these channels responsibly and creatively will draw the attention of outsiders and create a stronger community for those already attending. This will be proven true through four case studies of churches defining the positive influences that can occur through the use of social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and online blogging
