The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Employment and Training Institute provided technical assistance to the Milwaukee Area Workforce Investment Board (Employ Milwaukee), the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee Area Technical College, Milwaukee Public Schools, NAACP, and nonprofits.
