This article for the first time systematically outlines the basic principles of the theory of linguopolitical realism in international relations, and examines the methodology of linguo-political research. Every society is seen as a communicative linguistic community. Consequently, the main actors in international relations have always been and remain separate communicative linguistic communities that arise and function on the basis of a common language and a language paradigm (basic ideology). The processes of globalization and regionalization in the modern world also have a linguistic dimension
