In the paper author analyzes tobacco control measures. Main goal of the research is to check whether these measures have an influence on companies in tobacco industry. Hypothesis was tested on the US market. As a result of the econometric analysis confirms the hypothesis of impact of the implementation of tobacco control measures on the value of companies and found out that there is a positive impact on the industry.В работе автор анализирует антитабачные меры. Основная цель исследования выявить наличие влияния антитабачного регулирования на стоимость табачных компаний. Гипотеза была протестирована на примере США. В результате проведенного эконометрического анализа гипотеза о влияния введения антитабачных мер на стоимость компании подтверждается, а также выявляется положительное влияние на отрасль
