Множественные директорские позиции: исследование российских компаний с иностранным участием

This research aims to explore how multiple directorships in Russian companies affect their performance. In order to fulfill that goal a set of 319 company-year observations was analyzed. Basing on existing literature, two main hypotheses were formulated and tested using linear regression models. The results of this work provide no evidences of any significant impact of multiple directorships held by directors and chairmen of board of directors on firm performance.
