In human-robot teams, robots with a high degree of autonomy and intelligence may be able to coordinate with humans and contribute to, rather than tax, SA. We investigated team member SA and individual differences as potential performance metrics. Results indicated a relationship between the Situation Present Assessment Method (SPAM) and individual differences, but only the Situation Awareness Rating Technique (SART) predicted unique variance in performance. Practical implications for use of these measures are discussed
