Statement of Jay Hubach to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff\u27s Office: In this statement Jay Hubach recount\u27s his initial impressions of the crime scene at the Sheppard home on July 4, 1954. Hubach was called by fire department chief Walter Koch, informing him of some trouble at the Sheppard home. Upon arrival Hubach was informed that Marilyn Sheppard had been murdered.
