Summarization: In this paper we explore, via an extensive simulation study, the performance of a new medium access control (MAC) protocol when integrating voice, video and E-mail data packet traffic over a wireless channel of high capacity, with errors. We evaluate the voice and video packet dropping probabilities and the average E-mail data message delays.
