Objective: Analyze the articulation of students, professors (supervisors of the undergraduate practicum) and nursing professionals in teaching and learning nursing management at graduation in a public university hospital. Method: This is a study of qualitative approach, anchored in the operative group reference of Pichon-Rivière. Data collection was held between October 2013 and September 2014 and consisted of a selfadministered questionnaire, participant observation and focus group.
