A perda precoce ou destruição severa de um dente decíduo anterior por cárie precoce da infância (CPI) é um desafio para o odontopediatra. Nesta região a estética é uma preocupação importante, juntamente com a função e a manutenção de espaço, tornando-se fundamental a reabilitação. O objetivo deste relato de caso é apresentar o caso clínico de um paciente de 4 anos de idade, com perda precoce dos incisivos centrais superiores, os quais precisaram ser extraídos devido à CPI, reabilitado com um mantedor de espaço estético fixo. Juntamente com a reabilitação estética dos incisivos laterais superiores vitais, também acometidos pela CPI, com facetas diretas de resina composta.
