A e-mail from John Paul Batiste, Executive Director of North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, to the Texas Commission on the Arts partners. In regards to the ArtsReach 1998: "Reaching To The Future." Each fall the TCA holds statewide meetings called ArtsReach and that this year NTIEVA will be traveling to sixteen cities throughout Texas to speak with Artists, Arts & Cultural Organizations, etc., and anyone interested in changes to TCA grant programs
