The work described is part of a project involving the study of low-energy (< 10 MeV/A), intermediate-energy (10 to 100 MeV/A), and relativistic (greater than or equal to 250 MeV/A) heavy-ion reactions. Changes in target fragmentation reaction mechanisms in the energy region from 10 to 100 MeV/A were characterized experimentally.
