A e-mail from William McCarter to Jack Davis, co-directors of North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. The e-mail is in regards to McCarter talking with Sheila Brown the other day about the cost of the propose October D.L. activities. Brown has asked if the North Texas Institute could cover some of the uplink bill but McCarter responded that they were spending $5000 on a video and had no additional funding
