Requesting further revised materials from NTIEVA as they've submitted a proposal for the FY96/FY97 year using their proposal from FY95. Rosenberg notes that there have been new developments with the NTIEVA program and is hesitant using a proposal from the FY95 year, and so to proceed with the review process they need to submit a proposal that is up to date.
