Photocopy of a letter from Janice Wiggins, Visual Arts Specialist of the Dallas Public Schools, to Jack Davis and Bill McCarter, co-directors for North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. Wiggins writes that due to budget and time constraints that Dallas ISD will be unable to continue their participation in the extension of the Getty grant for the 1995-1996 school year. Wiggins goes onto to say that their visual arts teachers have been positive about the impact that NTIEVA programs have had on the schools. Wiggins hopes that Davis and McCarter will continue to keep them in the loop when opportunities to work with North Texas and the Getty Foundation arises
