U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and Chinese Premier Chou En-Lai toss their heads back during toast at a banquet in the Great Hall of the People. Kissinger, who arrived in Peking said in his toast that the U.S. had made good progress in normalizing relations with China, and added, We are determined to do much more and to complete the progress that we started two years ago as quickly as possible.https://digitalcommons.chapman.edu/upi_kissinger/1008/thumbnail.jp
