Washington: Vietnam War veterans testifying before the National Veterans Inquiry into U.S. War Crimes Policy 12/2 said that Viet Cong prisoners were shoved out of helicopters in flight and other were given electrical shock treatments in order to get them to talk. Kenneth Osborn (top) of Washington D.C., a former intelligence specialist, testified he saw Marine enlisted men, on order from a lieutenant, shove a Viet Cong prisoner out of the door in order to scare another prisoner into talking. Former sergeant Stephen Noetzel (bottom) from Long Island, N.Y., along with Osborn said U.S. servicemen took battery operated field telephones and hooked the leads to prisoners to get them to talk.https://digitalcommons.chapman.edu/upi_vietnam/1224/thum...
