Washington: Young antiwar Army Lieutenant Louis P. Font filed war crimes charges 2/17 against Maj. Gen. Samuel W. Koster, former Superintendent of West Point, and Lt. Gen. Jonathan O. Seaman, commander of the 1st Army.
