Perry, GA.: Two hundred Negro marchers, protesting the shoot to kill mentality , step off on the first leg of their 110-march to Atlanta 5/19 afternoon. The march, sponsored by the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, is scheduled to arrive in Atlanta 5/23. The marchers are also protesting the killing of six blacks in Augusta and two in Jackson, Mississippi last week during racial flareups.https://digitalcommons.chapman.edu/upi_african_american/1028/thumbnail.jp
