Architecture Spring 2013 Lecture Series - March 28, 2013 at Slocum Hall. Axel Timm is part of Raumlabor, a group of Berlin architects who came together in 1999 in response to the rapid and unrestrained development of the city following the fall of the Berlin Wall.
