Entering our fifteenth year, the Journal would like to thank all those who have served before us, as well as the College of Law administration, for their continued support. Also, we would like to extend special recognition to our alumni author, Joseph J. Wielebinski, who devoted his time and professional expertise to contribute to this edition.
