Elizabeth Cook-Lynn is an editor, essayist, poet, novelist, and academic, and member of the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe. She has been a voice within the discipline of Native American Studies, Native Studies, Indigenous Studies, Native American politics, particularly in regards to tribal sovereignty.
