Billions of dollars are spent yearly on employee training. Yet employers often find it difficult to measure whether the training has any real effect. Due to the vast resources allocated to training, it is important to fully understand its impact. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of level of training on employees\u27 perceived psychological empowerment, commitment, and resultant job performance within the hospitality industry.
