Quantitative and qualitative analyses of employee motivation, satisfaction, and productivity at a Las Vegas office supply company were conducted. The purpose of the analyses was to determine if there were differences in perception of motivational variables and hygiene factors between employees and management. Also, the analyses were conducted to assess if there were differences in perception of the same motivational variables and hygiene factors between male and female employees. Motivation and management theories were used as historical reference and potential approaches for improving motivational levels of employees.
