The relationship between organization commitment and organization citizenship behavior has been frequently investigated in the literature. What has received less attention is the role that workplace spirituality plays in this relationship. This study examines the extent to which workplace spirituality moderates the relationship between affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment on one hand, and organization citizenship behavior on the other hand in the context of Uganda.
