Data for this study were collected from two questionnaires mailed to a stratified random sampling of elementary principals, general education teachers and special education teachers throughout Oklahoma. Several procedures were utilized to determine the reliability and validity of the instruments. The compiled data were then statistically analyzed quantitatively and reported through the use of descriptive and exploratory statistics.
