This study examined the antecedents of several organizational variables (organizational culture, organizational identity, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs), how they are linked together, and how they change over time. It also examined if an employee's intention to stay at an organization would change; and how organizational culture, identity, and commitment would related to an employee's intention to stay. The study also examined whether inoculation treatments could be used to bolster these organizational variables.
