Morris Plaine contains more usable area than it will need for its growth during the next twenty to thirty years. At some time in the future it is conceivable that all of the Borough's area might be developed. When that time occurs and if Morris Plains has followed its planning program and developed an econcmical land use pattern, it will be able to afford all municipal services at an economical tax rate.
