This Capstone project aims to investigate the barbaric sterilization laws that were practiced in America during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries by focusing on the Eugenics movement, ideals of the time period, the terrible sterilization practices, the victims, and their right for reparations. Many citizens of this country may not be aware that such laws ever existed and it is time to depict the truth about them.
