This 2009 report is the seventh in a series on the state of the New Jersey seashore area. The objective of these reports is to get the best possible information on the current condition of New Jersey's beaches out to New Jersey’s coastal stakeholders from town planners and policy makers to the beach-going public just prior to the Memorial Day weekend and traditional start of the summer season.
