Stress is a problem that any individual of the world can be affected by and not even realize how serious it is. Stress can take a powerful toll on peoples’ health and lives and, unfortunately, not many people know how to adequately deal with stress in a healthy manner. Music, dance, and exercise are healthy and efficient ways to reduce stress. The video we’ve created shows an example of a dance (choreographed) that can be used to reduce stress.
