Lake Hopatcong aquatic macrophyte/water quality monitoring report, March through December, 1986

As part of the second year of the Phase II implementation of the Lake Hopatcong Management and Restoration Plan, PAS personnel conducted lake water quality monitoring as well as monitoring of the ongoing aquatic weed harvesting operation during the Spring, Summer, and Fall 1986. This report details the methodologies employed in this monitoring study and presents and discusses the results of in-situ and laboratory analyses. A detailed report on the aquatic weed harvesting operation has been prepared and submitted under separate cover to the NJDEP and to the LHRPB. For comparison purposes, relevant water quality data from the Lake Hopatcong Management/Restoration Plan (PAS, 1983) and from the 1985 monitoring program have been included in this report
