A Guide to the Inspection and Testing of Aboveground Storage Tanks

This guide has been prepared to assist the regulated community in selecting a method of integrity testing and to establish alternatives to emptying and cleaning a tank every five years while still meeting the internal inspection requirement. This document is specifically intended for tanks which will be inspected at no more than five year intervals.
