Watershed Focus Newsletter, Fall 2002 / Winter 2003

Watershed Focus is a newsletter published by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Division of Watershed Management. The newsletter concentrates on watershed management, stormwater and nonpoint source pollution management issues in New Jersey. The Fall 2002 / Winter 2003 issue includes information about NJDEP's plan of action to reduce pollution in NJ's waterways, an announcement of the appointment of a new Director for the Division of Watershed Management, a new private well testing act, Earth Day activities, Project WET, and more.
