This document consists of the appendices and plates (i.e. maps) of the Upper Raritan Watershed Wastewater Facilities Plan. The appendices are: (1) Basis of costs (incl. cost indices, locality factors, energy costs, non-construction capital costs, sanitary sewers and force mains, pumping stations, plow equalization basins, collection systems, land costs, and treatment costs), and (2) Cost-effectiveness analysis (incl. method of analysis, elements of monetary costs, interest rate, planning period, salvage value, interceptor routes, treatment plants, sludge disposal costs, sample small community system component cost data, and cost optimization.
