Hudson River Basin Level B Water and Related Land Resources Study: Technical Paper 3

To make the best use of the water and related land resources of the Hudson Basin, New York State initiated a Level B study in January, 1976 to: assess existing and projected water and land related resources needs and problems; analyse the extent to which present plans and programs resolve identified needs and problems; and recommend actions to meet remaining unresolved needs and problems which are appropriate to the scope of this study. The area of selected focus are: water management; recreation; flood damage reduction; dredged material disposal; institutional arrangements for water supply; and consistency. This technical report represents a compilation of information gathered during the study period. Information has largely been organized according to main stem river segments and major tributary areas.William W.
