The Hudson Basin Project was a three-year effort to examine the principal environmental problems and issues of the New York metropolitan area and the Hudson River watershed. This task group report, Leisure Time and Recreation, examines leisure time activities that have the greatest potential impact on the human environment of the Hudson Basin.
