This report is part of a series providing information necessary for the creation of a master plan for recreational use and redevelopment of a half-mile section of the Perth Amboy waterfront. The objectives of the study were to examine existing conditions; conduct an economic feasibility study for a proposed boat basin, redevelopment of one-acre tract of land and the revitalization of the former armory building; to prepare a land use plan and a preliminary engineering report and to perform an environmental impact assessment.
