This volume is appendix B, energy facility description, of the above titled report. This report addresses the impacts of developing energy facilities in coastal areas, dependent upon the characteristics of the energy facility. A comprehensive policy planning tool such as the Coastal Tourism Model depends on an understanding and a specification of the functions, purposes, inputs and impacts of each of the 15 energy facilities.
