This report establishes a data base of the configuration and topographic fluctuations of the beach and near-shore system, in order to document the dynamic nature of the shoreface system. A total of 470 biweekly beach profile measurements and other related wind and wave data measurements were made at 21 locations. The study shows that detailed beach profile measurements are a useful, sensitive method of delineation of the wave, tidal, and eolian processes in the area.
