Ocean County Solid Waste Disposal and Resource Recovery Management Study and Proposed Solid Waste Disposal Plan

This report details the Ocean County Solid Waste Management Plan, as required under the provisions of the Solid Waste Management Act. Contents include: types of solid waste; existing solid waste management systems in the Ocean County district; quantities of solid waste generated; materials recycling; legal, adminstrative, and financial aspects; criteria for solid waste disposal management; alternatives considered; and a proposed solid waste management plan. The report also contain four appendices.This plan has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the New Jersey Solid Waste Management Act (C. 326, Laws of 1975).
