This report examines wastewater management alternatives in the Lower Great Egg Harbor River Region in Atlantic County. Chapter 4 summarizes the wastewater management alternatives considered in the planning process and evaluates factors leading to the selection of a specific alternative. It describes the recommended alternative in detail, including a physical description of the entire system, environmental impacts and mitigative measures, a cost evaluation of the first stage of construction of the system, and a discussion of the implementation of the system.This copy is heavily marked up.Purpose: To examine wastewater management alternatives in the Lower Great Egg Harbor River Region
