This report forms the basis for implementing a wastewater management plan in the Atlantic County Coastal Region. Its aim is to identify the nature of the problem in qualitative and quantitative terms, to identify and analyze potential plans, and to recommend a plan. Contents include: environmental factors, such as soils and air quality; project alternatives, including wastewater reuse and solids management; and environmental assessments of alternate plans.Purpose: To identify the problem of wastewater management in the Atlantic County Coastal Region in qualitative and quantitative terms, to identify and analyze plans which could satisfy the need for wastewater management, and to select the one project that best meets those needs
