This document outlines a general management plan for Lusscroft, a model dairy farm built in 1914-1930. Emphasizing that Lusscroft is symbolic of our vanishing rural heritage and holds a unique place in the Garden State's agricultural history, this document argues that if its attributes were enhanced and properly marketed, Lusscroft could become a thriving destination in the growing market for agri-tourism, eco-tourism, and heritage tourism. Outlined here are the different alternatives for the preservation of Lusscroft for its significant role in New Jersey's agricultural history.
