Seabrook Farms smoke stack. This building housed the modern steam plant. The steam was used for blanching of vegetables and for sanitation and clean-up purposes. Tom Martin was the Chief Engineer from the start before 1952. The Boiler Room staff consisted of 2 men per 8 hour shift.
