Franklin Township environmental report

This report contains an Environmental Inventory for Franklin Township that complements the township's contemporary Master Plan. The report includes environmental factor maps which depict those factors that represent a constraint on development in the township. These data were used to construct a matrix of potential constraints on land use and a physical constraints map (these latter maps are not reproduced in this report). The report discusses possible applications of the inventory and includes a generalized land use decision making model
