Hackensack Meadowlands reclamation and development act with digest

This Act provides for the reclamation, planning, development and redevelopment of the Hackensack Meadowlands; creates the Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission and the Hackensack Meadowlands Municipal Committee; amends and supplements the "Department of Conservation and Economic Development Act of 1948," approved October 25, 1948 (P. L. 1948, c. 448) ; and makes appropriations to carry out the purposes of the act
