This is the 2013 Annual report for the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission whose mission is to promote cooperative management of fisheries – marine, shell, and diadromous species– of the Atlantic coast of the United States by the protection and enhancement of such fisheries, and by the avoidance of physical waste of the fisheries from any cause
