En el presente artículo se analizan los mecanismos que permiten a los científicos cuya lengua madre no es el inglés publicar sus trabajos de investigación a pesar de las dificultades lingüísticas y de procedimiento con las que suelen enfrentarse. En particular, se revisan los recursos y herramientas disponibles para lograr dicho objetivo y se señalan ciertas condiciones que deberían cumplirse para facilitar el acceso de estos investigadores al restringido mundo de las publicaciones en inglés.
