Attitudes of Supervising English Teachers and Fort Hays State College Student Teachers Toward Their Preparation for Teaching Composition, Grammar, and Usage

The purpose of this study is to find out how a selected group of junior and senior high school English teachers and a selected group of student teachers feel about the adequacy of their preparation for teaching composition, grammar, and usage, and to learn specifically what they liked or disliked about their college preparation for teaching these phases of English.
